Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the metal powder industry and a passion for digital transformation in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including manufacturers, 3D printing service providers, and industrial buyers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metal powder or additive manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the metal powder market and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
