Düsseldorf, Germany, July 22, 2026 – qualloy has signed a distributor agreement with Constellium for Aheadd® CP1, a high-performance aluminium powder developed specifically for additive manufacturing. Under the agreement, Constellium’s Aheadd® CP1 will be available to customers across Europe through the qualloy marketplace and webshop.

The material will be available from stock in Germany beginning in August and can be shipped to customers at short notice. qualloy will provide this offering in close cooperation with Rosswag Engineering, a highly experienced additive manufacturing partner with extensive expertise in powder handling, qualification, processing, and application development. Aheadd® CP1 is also used within Rosswag Engineering’s own AM environment, creating a strong technical foundation for customer support.

For customers, the agreement combines several key benefits: local stock availability in Germany, short lead times across Europe, a competitive pricing structure, and direct access to technical expertise and dedicated contact persons. At the same time, the cooperation supports Constellium’s approach of making Aheadd® CP1 more accessible to customers through qualified distribution partners, especially where flexible quantities, fast availability, and local support are important.

“By entering into this distributor agreement with Constellium, we are strengthening access to one of the most advanced aluminium powders for additive manufacturing,” said Yannik Wilkens, CEO and Co-Founder of qualloy. “Together with Rosswag Engineering, we can offer not only fast supply from Germany, but also deep technical expertise and practical application experience for customers across Europe.”

Through this agreement, qualloy continues to expand its portfolio of high-performance metal powders and supports industrial AM users in sourcing advanced materials efficiently, transparently, and reliably.
